Who is this Directory for?
This Directory is for anyone who wants to know what services exist to help someone improve their mental health and wellbeing, perhaps you are concerned about your own health or the health of someone you know?  Perhaps you are a GP, Social Worker, Community Mental Health Nurse or IAPT worker wanting to know what services could help someone you are working with?

Who is in this Directory?
We have started by listing all the organisations we already know of through our work. We want to list every organisation which can help to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the people in Suffolk. We haven't yet included every organisation - although we do want to. We will continue to work closely with the team that brings you Suffolk Infolink and would like to also link to any other existing database which might help people find the information they want.
